Side Bar in blog / WooCommerce

1 - I was able to get the sidebar configured for my woocommerce store. How can I get the background of the widgets be "white" or the same color as the rest of the page vs Grey? https://sahaaya.us/shop/ 2 - I would like to have a sidebar menu for my blog page to show past posts etc. How can I do that? https://sahaaya.us/blog/ Thanks!
