Showing title on hover

Hi! I have recently started using the Fotografie free Wordpress theme. On this page https://wordpress.org/themes/fotografie/ it is suggested that for the featured images, you can let the title of the image be shown upon hover or by default. Unfortunately I have been unable so far to figure out how... Would anyone know how to change this? Thank you!
