shortcodes in the "Footer Right Content"

Hi, when I insert a shortcode in the "Footer Right Content", it is not active. It's OK when I insert a shortcode in the "Footer Left Content". Can you tell me how to insert a shortcode in the right one ? Thanks, Sarah
