Shortcode not working in sidebar

Hello everyone, Sorry if this has been asked before, I looked through a few pages but didn't see anything. I've placed the shortcode for easy contact form in my sidebar and it worked perfectly fine for about an hour. I tested it and everything. Without changing anything, I later go on my site to double check everything's ok and now the sidebar just has the actual short code and not the contact form. No idea what could have happened. I originally went to appearance>widgets then placed a text widget in the sidebar and in the text area I placed the shortcode given by easy contact form. Again, everything worked fine after tests and all for about an hour, then it stopped. Tried removing the text widget and re applying it with the short code, but didn't work. Any ideas??
