Shortcode – Catch Kathmandu

Hello, I just installed Kathmandu 3.6 on Wordpress 4.4.2 and I'm looking for shortcode function?? I need to do a simple form and I don't want to use any plugins or complicate the instalation as I will be handing it off to a non IT personne and I want them to be able to keep it up to date (and not break anything)!
