Short Code Stopped Front Page

Everything was working great. I removed some text, saved the template, and now my shortcodes no longer work. I deleted the page and made it all over. Same issue. Instead of the short code working it displays the code. Created a page and added the short code to it, it works fine. Only front page appears broken? Any idea why?   Thanks!
