SHOP PAGE needed to be optimised

I have a question. Does buying your Catch Theme Pro package allow me to customize my 'Shop Page'? see screenshot attached, so far I'm only able to choose whether or not to display 'category or products' on my shop page (link). But problem is: 1. I don't want to just display categories or products, but more. 2. I don't want to display all my categories on this page, but selective categories. How can I achieve this?
