Comments sections

Hi Sakin, I'm using the Jetpack plugin comment feature, which allows people to input their name, email address and website. When a comment is posted, readers can only see the name, but not the website of the one who wrote a comment. How can I achieve this? Also, if a person who writes a comment puts in a link in his comment, it always opens in the same window. I would like the comment link to open in a new window, as I otherwise lose readers.
