Setting DEFAULT New Post font color

Sorry. I should have my keyboard taken away permanently for asking a question this basic. I cannot find where to change the DEFAULT font color to WHITE instead of the Light Grey that it is current;y set to. I have changed all Audioman Pro colors to white but when I go back to Wordpress.org editor, I have no options to set Appearance Typography since I come right back to Audioman Pro. And, in case you haven't already figured it out - I'm a newbie so just slap me. Thank you.
