Services Columns issue

Hi, two questions please. 1. I've been trying to change my "services" section from 3 columns to 4, but it does not work. Instead column 4 acts like column 2. is there a way I can fix this? Right now I have it on 3 columns. 2. Also, is there a way I can add text to the logo slider? I'm not using it right now because it does not have text, but I would like to use it.
