SEO on Rock Star free theme

Hi, Hoping someone can assist with some basic SEO functionality of this theme. Where do I change the page properties/ variables Ie. meta tag information etc for SEO optimisation ? I cannot see any page properties variables or alike anywhere on each of the pages I have created. Thanks in advance. Regards, Anthony
