Section title gets obscured

I had users telling me that the section title gets obscured/covered/unable to read on our website: https://spring.chillzouk.com/ For me, it happens only when I am scrolling back up. However, some users reported they have this issue both scrolling up and down. Any idea how to fix? Or maybe even disable this scrolling feature completely so it's smooth scrolling throughout the whole page?
