Secondary Menu (top bar) Colour Change?

Hi, Love the theme but need a couple of tweaks. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the secondary custom menu bar to the same colour as the primary menu bar (dark grey)? Also, is it possible to change the category view to show a thumbnail and the post title in list format, instead of full-size images? Many thanks www.gametwonk.com
