secondary menu not displaying on Smart Phone

I am developing a site for my homeowners association using your Catch Box free theme, which I really like. I created a secondary menu for our amenities and that works great on the PC, but I couldn't find the secondary menu on my Android or Amazon Fire. http://www.landingslongwood.com
