Secondary menu name on mobile

Hi. I have only activated the secondary menu on mobile devices, in this theme. I see that the menu has the name "Secondary menu", it should be "Menu". It also adds a entry to the menu with the name "Secondary menu" that links to /Secondary%20Menu (might be a bug?), but i would like to change it for Homepage - and a link to the frontpage instead. Can i do this without changing in core template files?
