Secondary menu color option

Hello Theme:Catch Flames Pro. Since last update of the theme (3.6) "Secondary menu color options" do not seem to work properly. We have set the menu background color to #3ea0dd, however this is not the color displayed. You can see an example here: http://energyfaculty.com/carbon-dioxide-emissions/ Please note: We are using the secondary menu only on certain pages. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
