Secondary Menu ABOVE Header Image?

villainayianapa.com I like the secondary menu above the Header static Image (Currently Below) When I choose Slider Images the Menu is above it but I would prefer to have the static Image as I have now and have the Secondary menu above it. The Primary Menu is too far up and not the same layout so I do not use that one Is it possible to move the secondary Menu Code somehow so that it sites above the Header Image?
