Second page for blog posts

Hi! My front page displays latest blogs post, but I have many posts and they all are on the front page, how can I change it? I have set up an option (in settings) that I have only 5 posts on front page, but it not working. Any suggestions? http://followadventures.com/ Thanks! Irina
