Second menu

in the youtube video located at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVR7O6_Fv3c at timeline point 3:42, it shows Header Secondary Menu option and then it shows that it is displayed below Primary menu top of slider. I am working with Full Frame Pro and it doesn't have those options. It has Primary Menu, Secondary Menu, Footer Menu. when I activate Secondary Menu it appears below the slider. How do I get the menu to look like the one in the youtube video?
