Search has completely quite working on Catch Responsive Pro

After following your previous directions to add a search function in the mobile menu that did NOT work, I deleted the code you had me add. Now I have NO WORKING SEARCH AT ALL ON EITHER DESKTOP OR MOBILE!!!  I'm tired of being ignored -- this is critical for my site. How do I get my search working again on both mobile and desktop? The website is https://explorationvacation.net When I search for "duluth" it bounces back to the top of the current page (the page I entered the search term from) with a response that looks like this https://explorationvacation.net/?s=duluth HOW DO I FIX THIS??
