Scroll up options

Hi, In the settings we have "Check to disable scroll up" but when tick in this box the scroll up seems not to be disabled. I want to to disable this part and use your plugin To top instead as this gives us more option for example to have this on left hand side instead of right hand side. So how can we disable the built-in scroll up? Per
