"Scroll Up" option

Hi, I am using Catch Evolution Pro Ver3.5.1 and would like to disable the default scroll up, but I can not find "Scroll Up" option under Dashboard=>Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => . Please advise where I can find it or suggest any workaround. Thank you for your support.
