Scroll Down feature for Parallax Frame Pro

I know the theme supports scrollup, but can it also be made to support scroll-down? I see some of your themes have this in their demos, but I see no way to do that in Parallax Frame Pro. I use a full screen featured slider on my home page so it would be really nice to have. Can it be done somehow? Thanks....RobYoung TheOaksGallery.com
