Schema.org

HI I am using Adventurous Pro: http://www.aromahoney.com/ I want to add Schema.org code to make the site more easily indexed by search engines. I have not seen any specific schem.org code in the templates. Can I just start adding the code in the header and page templates? Are there any obstacles I should be aware of in the template files?
