"Save and Pubish" doesn't work

Hi again, I am still running rt-erfurt.net. Right now, I am experiencing the following problem. I go to "Appearance" ---> "Customize" ---> "Theme Option" ---> "Promotion Headline". There, I am trying to change a headline. I am hitting "Save and Publish". I did it 100 times, no problem. But now, since the last update to 3.7. it doesn't safe anything anymore. It just doesn't publish the changes. Please advise. (If you need my login, let me know.) Josef
