Same size font on p and pre

I use cacth kathmandu pro theme, but I don't like to use responsive mode. So, I feel some problem. 1# all div and pre element font size is smaller then p. I like p and pre show same size when I set font size same. 2# I want to publish 50 thousand word on a post, but theme allowed allmost 20 thousand, how can Increase maximum word on post.
