Same image size for each device

Hello, we would like to have the theme for the header image/picture to have the same image section on all devices. On the iPhone view, the entire 1920 to 1080 image is displayed but on the desktop view, only a portion of the image is displayed. How can we display the entire image on the desktop page as well? Thanks for the help
