RSS sidebar widget not refreshing

Just went to the Catch Responsive Pro theme ...a really nice offering. The RSS feed correctly shows information, however it does not refresh. Is there a Wordpress or theme fix for this? RSS feed is National Weather Service at my site, located in right sidebar: http://www.usrtownsquare.org/blog/ Thanks for taking a look....
