Rock star main menu

Hi, I want to change the hover color of the Header Top Menu in the Rock Star theme used at http://nyside.farsk.no/ to the following hex number: #f9a21f However, I don’t have an option to change the color of the Header Top Menu in the Color Options menu under Customization. Can you please provide me with the needed CSS code? In addition I want to change the text of the menu-button that appears in tablets/smartphone "Menu" into my own language "Meny". I can't find the spot to change this. Can you please advice me on this? Thanks, Audun
