Responsive Menu On Mobile Devices Not Working

Hello, The home menu on mobile devices is not expanding to other menu items.  When I direct link to sub pages, it works fine -- the issue is just with the Home Page Menu.  When I click the responsive menu it turns from black to gray but does not expand. Please help.  Ken
