responsive does not work on mobile or tablet

Hello. I have customised my cath responsive website on my computer (lebuisson-briare.fr). Everything is fine but when I try to see it with my mobile devices, the responsive function is not working: the pictures are too bright, the text does not fit in one window, and the navigation is very hard. How could I fix this? Thank you in advance. Marianne
