Responsive design breaks when creating child theme in Kathmandu

Hi, I just created a child theme for Kathmandu. I followed these intructions: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#How_to_Create_a_Child_Theme My child theme is no longer responsive. What files do I need to move or edit to make the child theme responsive like the parent? Thanks, K
