Reservation: sending email

Hi, I purchased Foodmania Pro for its features, but I don't know how to use one of the most important ones, which is Reservations. How do I make the Reservations feature actually work, i.e. send email to a certain address and go back to the main page? Also is there a way to modify date and time inputs behavior, so they don't display past days and hours I don't want to display? Grzegorz
