Request for License Activation: Fotografie Blocks Pro (Order #315094)

Hello, I purchased Fotografie Blocks Pro (Order #315094), and I received two license keys for the theme + one for the FSE plugin. However, when entering both Fotografie Blocks Pro keys into WordPress under: Appearance → Fotografie Blocks Pro → License the result is always: License status: unknown So the PRO demo importer is still locked and only “Simple Free Version” is available.
