Replace Footer Area

Hello, Is it possible to place the Footer Area 2 and/or 3 on the same hight as Footer Area 1? Now they are not in one line. I'm testing this on my test site http://wp.scoutingnederweert.nl. Could you please remove the login credentials from this forum? With kind regards. Bas Beijes
