Renewal time – newer/better themes available

OK I realised my licence is out of date, so I wanted to renew - noticed it was $45 when last renewed, and is now $55 which is a lot for 12 months for whats now quite an old theme. Got me thinking - Catch has released a lot of themes since I originally purchased this one back in 2015. If I have to shell out $ I figure now would be the best time to choose a better theme - maybe somethíng a bit flasher / more professional looking?
