Removing the Page Title and White Space below Header

Hi. I uploaded screenshots of the the page in this link, https://we.tl/t-MHt2mH4psY. Please check it out. I want to remove the page title and remove the white space between the header and the cover background. After the header, I want it to be immediately followed by the cover photo with the new title. I can't seem to find a way to delete the title and the space or put a cover background in the first main title. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.
