Removing links from featured blocks

Hello, On my home page I use featured-content and Services to show blocks of information on the homePage. I would like to disable links to the detailed content (source page/article), since I don't have much content for each (and this would destroy the ergonomic/design concept of the site), they are just short info blocs. How can I do that? Thank you
