remove white space on top and bottom of page!!

Hello, my page www.lichtundmusik.ch I would like to remove the withspace at the top and at the bottom. (NOT in HEADER or FOOTER) I speak about the whitespace above the header section and below the footer area. I think it must have something to do with the positioning of the site but i couldnt find the right function it in the stylesheet. Many thanks for helping in advance Marc
