Remove top white gap on top of page

Greetings url: http://www.christsbooks.com/ I had this css to remove the padding around my header image. Since the update to the theme this css no longer works.

    padding: 0;
}

Are you able to give me an update to the css code to remove the margins and padding to the header please. Many thanks and blessings
