Remove theme's navbar on mobile

Hey here I am with a classy double post. I use a menu plugin that I would like to override the default primary menu. In mobile, my plug-in menu shows up below the default mobile menu, though they both fire the same menu ultimately. I'd like to remove the default navbar in this situation. Possible?
