Remove search bar and header button

Hi, thanks for a great theme. Can you help me make a couple small changes? 1. I'd like to remove the "Read More" button from the header section. I already deleted the text, but the empty button is still there. 2. I'd like to remove the search bar and magnifying glass completely. Site: <link>www.hankaaisaac.cz</link> Thanks!
