Remove search and comment

I am using Simple Catch (Public) First of all, I have to thank you guys provide us so powerful and clean template. It's free, and really cool. But I have two questions: 1. How can I remove the "search box" on the top. I upload a large logo, and the search seems strange there. 2. How can I remove the comment on page. I dont want it display on page. Because it's as a personal website, not a blog. I've ever tried to delete some codes in page.php in other themes. But I don't know how to make it in this theme. Look forward to your reply. Thank you!
