Remove "reply"

Hi, How do I permanently remove the "leave a reply" from my pages? I have already been to the Appearance > Discussion and un-clicked all those boxes. I have also checked the Screen Options on the specific page and I do not have the "comments" box checked. Still have a reply. http://www.beyouloveyou.com/lydsessions/ Please advise, p
