remove META below posts/pages

Hello- Theme: Catch Box Pro I would like to remove the META data site wide that shows: comments:off | filed under:example | tags: example I've tried several of the CSS options found within the forum but have yet to stumble upon one that works. Most recently I tried: footer.entry-meta { display: none; } and .entry-meta {display: none;} Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
