Remove link from a title

Hi, In the Promotion Headline section at the frontpage, how can I disable the title link "VIDEOS EXPLICATIVOS Y PROMOCIONALES", and also disable the feature image link. I just want to be "clickable" the watch video bottom.Please... help! thank you leticia this is my url wwww.balconcreativo.com
