Remove Leave A Reply from comments

I would like to replace 'Leave a Reply' in the comments section with 'Please speak your mind!'. The code should look something like this, I believe: <?php comment_form(array('title_reply'=>'Please Speak Your Mind:')); ?> Cannot get it to work. Please help.
