remove homepage title and duplicating “scroll” feature on headers

for reference please refer to the image i have placed on dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/yrkhq8ge6f34qc0/AADif2X5jAxKpSflREhQcy91a?dl=0 i have two questions 1) i would like to replicate the "scroll" down bouncy arrow on the main page on other pages on my website - not all but some. is there code i can add to specific pages to all me to do that? 2) on my main page i want to hide the name of my webpage - the title of the page being use there - i have already hidden it on all my other pages however it keeps appearing on the homepage. thanks!
