Remove Featured Image on Posts

Example Post URL: http://www.ronmillersworldpublishing.com/jim-miller/budgeting-doesnt-have-to-suck/ Hi All, It seems a new feature in general to have the featured image be at the top of each post. Ideally, is there a way to change what is visible by changing how it's cropped? If not, is there a way to get rid of it altogether?
