Remove Colon in Recent Post Heading

Hi, Is there a way to remove the colon in the Recent Post heading text? My static blog page using Chique Photography currently shows as "Blog :" when I just want it to say "Blog" Page: https://sixtybridges.com/?page_id=67 Thanks!
